Center Of Kuala Kedah Bridge.....

Hi.... everyone..... Just wanna to share with you ppls that this two photo i'm taking fews month a go during i alone ride to Kuala Kedah.... and the picture is taken at the centre of the bridge..... eeerrrr it's look very specil especially the last sunlight for the day.... the sky started dark after this.......... and i started my go home journey ......... :-)

.......28-11-2008.....Cameron Highland Ride......

wah...... i can't believe ! already one year.....! Just now when i'm searching something inside my pc suddently i saw a file name " Cameron Highland Ride 28-11-08" i just realize aleady one year......time pass very fast....i remember that time i just started this sport about 2 month ++ with less experience and training we follow Soo Beng Team to this ride....It's a great ride... we cross tea farm, kampung org asli, vegi farm and.........+ cool weather the route is so wounderful for me...........

But now when i'll ride again......feel lesser and lesser......... if not wrong just only ride with my best friend Billy once than with john on Lion Club Health Ride..than stop until now..... i thing Billy is the only person never stop this sport....the others riders will slowly ......slowly...........and "hilang" liao.....heeeeee.... I must made up my mind to start ride again .... to reduce stomach size.....haaaa...

Back to ride

After rest about two months...... last night Billy call me he wanna go Kuala Kedah...that time i just on the way go home.... We started the ride about 10pm++ and finished about 12am++...... :)
Feelling good to be cycling back but after haven't ride quite a long time it's cause body feelling tire and previous performance all gone !!! and stomach keep +++++ .... :( ............. Wow....to take part on this coming BM Jamboree 11 oct must have more ride oh....if not sure " Puncture " haaaaa............

wah.... BM Jamboree just only less than a month........!!!!! Look like I have to start training liao.....oh...... if not how to gooooo...... so scare oh...... already "Cuti" so long liao......... ...

Kedah Jamboree 2009

Kedah Jamboree 2009 ( 1st August 2009 ) At Jitra, Kedah. My lucky no 040........actually i finished the ride... but the sticker missing in action.....haaa

Reached at Jitra about 7.00am with John......

After few KM on road ride
Now is claimbing time..........hard time oh......

" Bukit Balak Exploration ".................

huuuuu........ naik lagi......

we keep asking " ada jalan keluar kah.......? " but the answer is " NO" ....!!!!!!

after the 1st mountain...still got 2 and 3 lagi....oh....... started now we can't see the grouping riders because on this time we don't know it's we are in the last or might be not.....!!!!!!!!

we decided to continue our journey.....!!!

Finally we reached at the check point 3 which is end of the " Bukit Balak Exploration " .......... before reach this check point.... it's was a long down hill......

UUM XC-R2009 ( 19-07-2009 )

After talking about few month ago....today( 19-07-09) is what we waiting for - UUM Mountain Bike XC Race 2009. our team only John, Yeoh and my self take part on this event which organise by XTream Bike. This ride might be much more tire for me because i just came back from KL after watching football match at Bukit Jalil National Stadium " Asia Tour 2009 Malaysia XI vs Manchester United " I reached home about 3.30am and 5.30am i have to weak up ! John and Yeoh is waiting at Changloon. What to do..... :) ride lah........haaaaa.......




Reached at UUM it's about 6.30am...... look like our Mr Sun still sleep yet (Dark).....and we rushing to assembly our bike and need to register to the organizer at the UUM sport center compound .... so hurry....... .....

Actually from here we can see the riders whose at the opposite mountain...every one after see this will say.....wah...!!!! ...... so hot loh........ macam mana pula........!!!!
Jumpa abang ini yang rumahnya dekat Anak bukit...very nice man. meet him few times already when we ride to Air port.

After this will be check point 3.... but the down hill from here i thing it's more dangerous that why i hear and see few riders fall down ....... :( anyhow it's a very good experience for all of us.....

Reaching at the UUM just wait for the Lucky draw and...... lunch......eerrr did u ppl aware what is my No..... heee and John so....... heeeee it's "222" and "333" nice hor.....

Over all for me this ride is intresting loh....although is my 1st time take part on this UUM ride but i can see it's......... the enviroment is good..... and weather for the day also co-operate .....not so hot........ ........
